My works.

This song was born out of a “Collision” of emotions during one of the toughest times in my life. The intensity of that period pushed me to confront feelings I’d tried to avoid, and through this process, I found inspiration. Moving from major to minor chords throughout the song mirrors that shift, as if tracing the journey from light to shadow. The melodies capture a raw vulnerability, each note resonating with the complicated blend of hope, pain, and resilience that defined that chapter. Ultimately, the song is a tribute to how life’s dissonances can lead to unexpected harmony.

I composed “Nostalgia” for my mother’s funeral, channeling the profound emotions I felt during that difficult time. She had been unwell, and as I sat down to write, I found that translating my grief into music was one of the best ways I could process the loss. Each note became a reflection of memories we shared, evoking a bittersweet blend of love, pain, and remembrance. Composing allowed me to express what words could not; it was my way of honoring her life and saying goodbye. Nostalgia became a vessel for my emotions, capturing the beauty of memories that I’ll always hold close.
